We are taking some of our most effective training methods and putting them into group class format. Now you can experience a taste of what it’s like to work with our world class coaches in an exciting and motivating group situation.

These classes have been carefully designed to deliver all the aspects that we consider important in quality human movement. Watch as your get great results in a fun, social atmosphere!

Special Introductory Prices for the drop-in classes are as follows:

Sometimes the simplest tools can be the most effective.

It will astound you how much can be accomplished using only a few kettlebells, the ground beneath your feet, and your own body. This class will do just that. You will challenge and improve your mobility, strength, metabolic conditioning, and leave each session with greater control over your entire body.

You will learn how to properly and safely use kettlebells, as well as a vast variety of core, mobility, and strength training drills that can be transitioned between each other fluidly and chained together into “flows”.

Handstand Drop-In

Are you intimidated by handstands, or afraid to flip upside down?

Whether you’ve ever tried a handstand or not, learn the basics of getting upside down and balancing on your hands! This drop-in class will allow people of all abilities to learn from Coach Tyler Sellars at their own pace. Coach Tyler will give each participant specific drills to advance their technical ability in the handstand and other handbalancing positions.

Come and learn the handstand because it’s more than just an infamous party trick—you’ll build balance, coordination, and general athleticism in the process!
