Breanna is a Kootenay girl from Cranbrook B.C., she transferred schools in 2017 to the Okanagan to complete her Bachelor of Human Kinetics at UBCO. She found her dedication to an active lifestyle at a young age in individual recreational sports. Snowboarding, track and field, gymnastics (artistic and trampoline), weight lifting, running, biking, hiking, and just moving and grooving took over her free time. She has volunteered at Parkinson Rec Center since December 2018 with the older adult population to support and promote longevity while celebrating capabilities. She has also enjoyed volunteering with individuals who have cognitive and motor impairments through many companies.
As Operations Manager, Kinesiologist, and Performance Enhancement Coach at Aspire, she loves taking initiative to promote, support, and learn with Aspire as it continues to evolve via research and social media skills. Breanna has a naturally motivated, energetic, and passionate personality which gracefully helps Aspire run a little smoother at the front of house and on the floor with the coaches. She feels privileged in her opportunity to get to know each individual who walks in the door. She takes advantage of building relationships by following, learning, supporting, and celebrating their journeys.
She is a strong believer in living life purposefully by doing all the things that make an individual happy, both mentally and physically. She supports the idea that a healthy mind and body will show more progression and success rates over inattentive actions. Breanna has genuine drive for supporting people in finding the best version of themselves, which brings a new light to her goals of being a successful strength and conditioning, health, and life coach.
