As we move into our fourth quarter I have yet to write our first blog post.   Those of you that know me, ‘perfectionism’ is an affliction I struggle with daily.   My fear that this post would not be incontrovertibly ‘perfect’  has been the sole reason for the delay in publishing it for the masses.

This led me to think about what I actually wanted to say about Aspire Health & Performance and who we are as a team.  So here we go…

There are 5 of us that make up our team…Shane, Jon, Andrew, Dani, and myself.  I have to say we are a pretty close knit group.  What makes this so is that we are very like minded not only in our coaching philosophy, but in our fervent endeavor to satiate our thirst for knowledge pertaining to our chosen field.  ‘Good is the enemy of great’, (Shane’s favourite quote), is the focal point of the far wall as you walk into Aspire.  This pretty much sums up how we approach all facets in life, and what separates us from the pack.

So is it in fact ‘perfection’ that we strive for, or our passion that drives us?  I feel strongly that it is in fact the latter and believe this is the very foundation that allows us to offer you the best training in the premier training facility in the Okanagan.  Am I biased?  Of course I am, but for good reason.  It’s absolutely true.

Big deal right?  So we all have a few letters after our names and cool toys.  Let me assure you that is not what we are most proud of.  When you train with us you become part of the Aspire family.  We thrive on becoming an integral part in helping you achieve your goals, your dreams.  Trust me, it’s contagious.

At this point you know I’ve already read through these paragraphs numerous times and grabbed every client off the floor that I can to proof them.  Why?  Because I can.  When you train with us it’s that comfortable.

Now I’ve given you some pretty solid reasons to want to experience the Aspire family love, but I get it.  You need to see it for yourself, find out first hand what is really going on down here.  We are located on Dilworth and Leckie and share the building with Kal Tire.  Drop by, call, email, find us on social media, (I’m hardwired in really).  I’m not saying we are the best fit for everyone, but we do want to spend some time with you to help determine what that looks like for you.  What drives you, fuels your passion?

So here we are at the end of the post and it’s far from perfect, and oddly I’m ok with that.  Passion over perfection.  I get it now.

Your Adoring Aspirite,
